FFM account integration now lasts for 12 hours

Starting today, July 12, CMS is mandating that agents reintegrate their FFM accounts every 12 hours on all EDE platforms.
You’ll start to see new countdowns and reminders in your HealthSherpa Agent Dashboard to make reintegration easy and help you avoid interruptions to your workflow.
What happens if I don't reintegrate every 12 hours?
The experience is the same as it was when integration lasted for 30 days:
If your FFM integration has expired or you are not integrated, you will not see your on-exchange book of business within HealthSherpa. The book still belongs to you, it is simply hidden as a security measure required by CMS. This is because CMS owns the federal exchange data. Once you reintegrate, you will see and be able to manage your entire on-exchange book of business again.
New features in HealthSherpa to help you through this change:
You’ll start to see new countdowns and reminders in your HealthSherpa for Agents account that we designed to make it easier for you to satisfy this CMS requirement. Look for:
Countdowns: You'll see two countdowns displayed on various pages of your Agent Dashboard: a persistent banner just below your header and a new widget on your agent homepage. These are designed to help you keep track of your integration window.

Sign-in Reminder: You will also be prompted to integrate your FFM account as soon as you sign in to HealthSherpa to minimize disruptions to your workflow.

Mid-application Alert: If you are in the middle of an application and reach the 15-minute mark before your integration window expires, you will receive a prompt to reintegrate, preventing any potential loss of work.
