Agent/Broker Enrollment Dashboard Now Live!

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is always looking for ways it can continue to assist agents and brokers with the vital work you do in the Marketplace. As we head into Plan Year 2025, CMS has created a new resource to offer each agent or broker a personalized look at their own performance within the Marketplace. Introducing: The Agent/Broker Enrollment Dashboard!

Focusing on important Marketplace priorities such as limiting data matching issues (DMIs), enrolling consumers in the best value plan for them, and answering race and ethnicity questions, this dashboard displays data associated with each agent or broker’s FFM User ID.

The dashboard is hosted on the Marketplace Learning Management System (MLMS), so agents and brokers know their data and can use it to continue enhancing the service they provide to clients.

To visit your Agent/Broker Enrollment Dashboard, follow these steps:

1. Log into the CMS Enterprise Portal with your User ID and Password.

2. Click on the “Marketplace Training – Agent and Broker” tile.

3. Click on “MLMS Training.”

4. Click on the gray box that says, “Marketplace Enrollment Dashboard.” This will open a dropdown menu with your personalized Marketplace enrollment data!

You can visit the dashboard at any point, and CMS hopes it is useful while you enroll consumers during Plan Year 2025. We thank you for all your hard work in the Marketplace.
